Goodkind is the first video messaging platform built for higher education recruitment.

When we want to show each other we care, we often use video to communicate. Institutions, however, don’t have access to a video messaging capability, and rely on traditional channels like phone calls and emails to engage and communicate with new and existing students.

Why do customers need Goodkind? Well, sending one video to 1000 customers is easy. But what about 1000 videos to 1000 customers from 500 different employees? Not so easy!

Our customers across education, retail and financial services have sent over 4.2M video messages with Goodkind. That’s 4.2M customer interactions transformed! And we’re only just getting started. We recently raised funding from the top technology investors in the world, like Y Combinator, Garry Tan and Bedrock Capital.

About The Role

As one of the first members of the sales team, you’ll bring every ounce of your enterprise software selling experience to the table. You’ll have the opportunity to craft new processes, refine our existing ones and work directly with the founding team.

A year from now, you will have sourced and closed six-figure deals, are working from a healthy and growing pipeline, and are on track to exceed your OTE.

We’re looking for a unique individual. Someone that is as excited about adding logos as they are about building out the playbook and contributing to a nascent sales team culture. We’re looking for an emerging sales leader.

About You

       • You have 1 year of experience in business to business sales

       • You have a track record of exceeding quota and taking initiative

       • You are excited about early-stage startups, building a sales culture, and operating in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

Outcomes

       • Follow and execute an account-based sales process to consistently generate high quality, qualified leads while hitting target

       • Contribute to the evolution and improvement of our sales process on a daily basis
